I will assume all responsibility for anyone who enters the Loft during my rental time. All persons under the age of 18 will be accompanied by an adult at all times. Hamilton Loft and Hamilton Court are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur in the Loft and I am aware that Hamilton Loft has suggested liability insurance for myself, guests, clients. I will clean the Loft prior to leaving. I am aware there is no elevator or ramp in the building. Hamilton Loft is not held liable for food or alcohol consumption. No one under the age of 21 will consume alcohol at Hamilton Loft.
